• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Fee Coverage:

 

• If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Refund Process:

 

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your refund is approved, the cost of the item will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order yourself, as long as it hasn't been fulfilled yet.

To cancel an order:

• Log in to your account.
• Find the order you want to cancel.
• Click "Cancel order".

If the cancellation is successful, you'll receive a confirmation email and a full refund will be processed automatically.

If you don't see a cancel option on your order, it means the order has already been fulfilled and can no longer be cancelled this way. In that case, please refer to our returns process above, or contact us at parts@mccordmachinery.com.
